The Center for Neighborhood Technology is working on a project with the Riverdale Park District to install green infrastructure at Pekny Park and seeks an engineer. The park is adjacent to the vital Ivanhoe Metra community train station. Riverdale is identified by Cook County as the area “most impacted and distressed” by the April 2013 flooding disaster. This proposal will work in partnership with the Riverdale Park District (RPD), Cook County, and a selected engineering firm to complete design, permitting, engineering and installation services for green infrastructure. Read more. Proposals are due by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2020.
