Worth Township Highway Commissioner Ed Moody will fill the open seat on the Cook County Board following a vote Saturday by Democratic Party committeemen from the south suburbs.
Moody, a veteran campaign worker who cut his political teeth as a precinct captain for former Worth Township Democratic committeeman and longtime state Rep.
