Metra riders can now access free Wi-Fi at all five of its downtown stations as well as get a free charge for their phones or laptops, the agency announced Thursday.
The amenities were fully installed five months after a Tribune story documented the lack of free Wi-Fi hot spots and power outlets for commuters at the stations.
