The Village of Midlothian (Village) invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for design engineering services (Phase 2 Proposed Off-Street Path, Proposed On-Street Route and sidewalks improvements within the Village of Midlothian, Village of Crestwood, City of Oak Forest, Village of Robbins, and City of Blue Island) for the Natalie Creek Trail project as above referenced. Phase II engineering services are funded by the Illinois Transportation Enhancements Program.
