SSMMA’s Public Safety Committee meeting was held Nov. 17, 2015 with presentations by Attorney John Kelly, counsel for the two 9-1-1 organizations in the state (IL-APCO and I-NENA) and Jeanine Chiappano, Executive Director of E-Com and a member of the APCO Board of Directors, on SB96 – Public Act 099-0006.
