Request for quotations: GIS data migration/conversion (deadline extended to 3/26)

This request for quotations (RFQ) invites written proposals from qualified individuals to serve as a contractor to perform geographic information system (GIS) services including:

1. Full GIS systems assessment and analysis;

2. Server configuration and optimization;

3. Data migration to the Local Government Information Model (LGIM);

4. Full systemtesting;

5. Business process reengineering;

6. Training covering the following: technical knowledge transfer, security, key user training, application and end-user training, and general implementation assistance.
