RFP - For Design and Installation of New Lighting and Lighting Control Systems for theVillage Hall

RFP Submittals Are Due Friday, November 10, 2023 by 5:00 p.m.

The Village is seeking proposals for the design and installation of a down lighting system, which

will provide programmable, high-intensity, multi-color illumination for the exterior façade of the

Homewood Village Hall building. This is a historic building located in the Village’s downtown that

has been modernized and possesses various architectural features requiring various levels of

illumination. To achieve this, the equipment purchased, installed and maintained must be

durable, dependable and of high quality. Once installed, the Village of Homewood intends to run

the lighting every night of the week without requiring any outside staffing. This means that once

the installation is completed, Village-appointed personnel must be trained on how to operate the

equipment to effectively run the lighting system and to troubleshoot problems if an outage or

unplanned stoppage were to occur.
