• The Scope of Work as part of this Solicitation is to repair or replace two (2) 6-inch water mains, five (5) service lines, one (1) 8-inch valve and fifteen (15) fire hydrants due to leaks or damage to the system.

• The fire hydrants to be replaced may either be broken or missing. These repairs or replacements are located throughout the Village of Ford Heights and are noted in Appendix B., Bid Specifications.

• Bidders are to follow the following bid requirements when submitting proposals. Bids should be emailed to Curtis Witek at cwitek@anterogroup.com no later than 9:59 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
