SSMMA’s priorities discussed at legislative breakfast

SSMMA

The South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association approved our 2017 Legislative Priorities program at the Feb. 16 business meeting, and presented them to legislators March 3, 2017 over breakfast at the Olympia Fields Country club. We thank all who participated in the program and the discussion as well as all who sent representatives. They , included U.S Sen. Richard Durbin, Illinois State Senators William Cunningham and Michael Hastings, Illinois State Repreentatives Will Davis and Al Riley, Christopher Gallo (Gov. Bruce Rauner’s office), Marina Faz-Huppert (Sen. Tammy Duckworth’s office), Robyn Grange (U.S. Rep. Bobby Rush’s office) and Rick Bryant (U.S. Rep. Robin Kelly’s office). We also thank AT&T for their generous sponsorship of this special annual event.
