Under the direction of the Deputy Fire Chief, enforce all laws and ordinances of the Village regulating property maintenance, including inspection of all rental units (apartments and single-family residences). Perform inspection of exterior finishes on all structures within the Village. Inspects installation of new fences, decks, Pools, and sheds to insure conformance with local codes.
