With proposals for a possible redevelopment of the former Tinley Park Mental Health Center coming into focus, not all village residents are happy with the results.
Three proposals outlined during a public meeting Wednesday at Prairie View Middle School incorporate water features, with one calling for a stream running through the 280-acre site and another proposing a man-made 17-acre lake.
